Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to return:
- Email us at support@bitmini.pro with your order number
- We'll send you a return authorization within 2 business days
- Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method
- Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned without prior authorization
⚠️ Note: Returns due to "mining not profitable" or "didn't win a block reward" are not accepted. BitMini Pro is a hobby device — mining outcomes are not guaranteed.
